"Senese" is named after my grandfather, Giovanni Senese, a true Neapolitan who instilled in me, from a young age, the importance of a good coffee. I still remember how he was always on the lookout for the perfect place that could serve coffee just the way he liked it. One day, I asked him, "Grandpa, what makes a coffee good for you?" And with his wise smile, he replied: "A good coffee has a hazelnut aroma. It doesn’t matter if you add sugar or not, it’s never bitter and always creamy. And if you do add sugar, it should sink slowly. In the end, it leaves you with an aftertaste you wish could last forever." Those words stayed with me over time and inspired me to create something that wasn’t just coffee, but an emotion to share.
